• Paid Shipping: For orders with a total payment value below 5,000,000 VND, partners shall be responsible for paying the shipping fees upon receipt.

We provide shipping information based on specific regional locations to meet our partners' needs:

• Partners may choose between express or standard shipping methods depending on their specific requirements.

• In Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi: We currently operate a free shipping policy and assign our own delivery staff to provide door-to-door service within these areas.

• For other provinces and cities throughout Vietnam: We utilize express delivery services. Delivery personnel will transport the products to the specific location requested by the partner.
