To ensure a convenient shopping experience and protect customer benefits, VIET NAM I.A.G INVESTMENT AND TRADING JOINT STOCK COMPANY applies the following Return & Exchange Policy:

Customers are requested to retain their purchase invoice or order confirmation information for verification when requesting return or exchange support.

Products eligible for return or exchange must meet the following conditions:

• Products must be purchased directly from the official distribution system of VIET NAM I.A.G INVESTMENT AND TRADING JOINT STOCK COMPANY

• Products must remain new and at least 95% intact

• Products must not be damaged due to customer misuse

• Packaging and accompanying accessories (if any) must remain complete

Customers may request a return or exchange in the following cases:

• Products with manufacturing defects

• Incorrect products, incorrect models, or incorrect sizes delivered compared to the confirmed order

• Orders with missing quantities or accessories

• Packaging damaged, torn, dented, or broken during transportation

• Products causing skin irritation or incompatibility (the Company will review each case      individually and provide appropriate support)

Please note: Product exchanges are only applicable for the same purchased product and cannot be exchanged for a different product line or category.

Within 10 days from the date of receiving the products, if the products fall under the eligible cases mentioned above, customers are kindly requested to follow the steps below:

After receiving confirmation from the Company, customers are requested to return the product to the address provided by the Company.

Returned products should be carefully packed to avoid damage during transportation.

Upon receiving the returned product, the Company will inspect its actual condition to confirm eligibility for return or exchange.

If the product satisfies all required conditions, the Company will proceed with a replacement or refund as agreed with the customer.

For orders that include promotional gifts or complimentary items:

• In case of refund requests or exchanges for equivalent-value products, all complimentary gifts must also be returned

• If complimentary gifts have been used, their value will be deducted from the refund amount

• If customers exchange a defective product for the same product type, promotional gifts may still be retained

• If customers exchange for a higher-value product, customers are required to pay the      price difference accordingly

• Shipping costs to return products to the Company: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees

• Shipping costs for replacement products sent back to customers: If the issue is confirmed to be caused by product defects or Company responsibility, the Company will bear all shipping costs for returning the replacement product to the customer
