PURCHASING GUIDE FOR WEBSITE: https://www.iagvietnam.vn

(This website is exclusively for clients (partners) such as beauty salons, spas, and other establishments equipped with a beauty treatment booth that meets the requirements for using and selling SOTHYS brand products).


I. WEBSITE INTRODUCTION

The website https://www.iagvietnam.vn is the official online platform operated by I.A.G Vietnam Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company – the exclusive distributor of the SOTHYS brand in Vietnam.


The website aims to support Spa, Clinic, and Salon partners in retrieving brand information, placing orders, and accessing professional training in a convenient and synchronized manner.


We continuously improve and develop new features to assist our Partners in effective management, training, and business operations – striving towards a common goal: Sustainable development and elevating the SOTHYS customer experience in Vietnam.

II. KEY WEBSITE FUNCTIONS

1. Brand Discovery (SOTHYS)

  • Provides detailed information regarding      the history, core values, and philosophy of SOTHYS Paris.

  • Introduces the product ecosystem,      proprietary technologies, and professional treatment lines.

2. Order Placement (Professional Shop)

  • Enables partners to log in, view pricing,      and directly place orders for Cabine, Professional, Retail, Tester, or      Sample products.

  • The system automatically records orders      and issues confirmation emails.

  • Note: The website does not currently      support online payment functions.

3. Training Materials and Product Documentation

  • A specialized and regularly updated      library assists Salons in staff training and effective product      display/sales.

4. Bilingual Interface

  • The website supports two languages:      English and Vietnamese; partners may select their preferred language.

III. GUIDE TO THE PURCHASING PROCESS

1. Account Creation

  • Step 1: Access https://www.iagvietnam.vn

  • Step 2: Select “Order Online” (Đặt hàng trực tuyến).

  • Step 3: Select “Register” (Đăng ký).

  • Step 4: Provide registration details: Full name, Email, Phone number, Spa      name, and Password.

    • Upon submission, the account will be       verified and activated within 01 – 03 working days.

  • Step 5: Receive a confirmation email and proceed to log in.

2. Ordering Process

  • Step 1: Login and Product Selection

    • Log in to the B2B account at www.iagvietnam.vn.

    • In the E-Shop interface, select the       desired product category (Professional, Retail, Tester, Sample).

    • The system displays the unit price and       stock status.

    • Add products to the cart (Add to Cart).

    • Click View Cart at the bottom       right to review.

  • Step 2: Order Review & Checkout

    • Review: If the order is accurate (quantity, category) – click Checkout.       If adjustments are required, modify before clicking Checkout.

    • Information: Provide shipping details, delivery       method, and payment terms as per the signed contract.

    • System Record: The system automatically records the       order (customer details, products, quantities, total value, and payment       method).

    • Initial Confirmation: An Order Confirmation Email will       be sent immediately upon successful placement.

Important Notes:

· Orders must have a minimum checkout value of 5,000,000 VND (Five million Vietnamese Dong)."

  • Retail products: The system automatically applies a 40%      discount in accordance with current sales policies.

  • VAT: Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of VAT; this      tax will be automatically added and displayed at the checkout stage.

  • Stock Status: Unavailable products will be marked as “Out      of stock”.

  • Step 3: Final Order Confirmation

    • After verification, the relevant       department will issue a Final Order Confirmation Email, including       the official order value, final quantities, and shipping details.

  • Step 4: Delivery and Tracking

    • The warehouse department packages and       prepares for dispatch.

    • A Delivery Confirmation Email is       sent once the order is ready.

    • Subsequent status notifications will be       sent via email for convenient tracking.

  • Step 5: Invoicing and Payment

    • Following delivery, the Accounting       Department issues a VAT invoice and payment documents as per the contract       terms.

IV. Training Materials Lookup

  • Step 1: Select “Document Library” (Thư viện tài liệu) on the menu      bar.

  • Step 2: Select the required document group.

  • Step 3:View online or download for storage

V. Account Management

  • My Account: Manage personal profiles (Display name,      Contact details, Login credentials, and Privacy settings).

  •  My Orders: View order history and track recent      statuses (SKU codes, quantity, confirmed/shipped status, total value, and      invoices).
